Terms and Conditions for Employees of Oracle
1.     Employees of Oracle  can  choose “Oracle Package” from corporate menu

2.       Employee should  register/subscribe with his/her official or personal e-mail id.

3.        Employee shall make electronic payment for availing the package .

4.       After the payment is made, he/she will receive a payment confirmation message through e-mail to the registered e-mail id.

5.      A customer care executive of Vidal Health will contact the employee within 48 working hours for scheduling the appointment  at a diagnostic centre selected by the employee. Our working days are Monday to Friday (9 AM- 6PM).

6.       Rescheduling of appointment is permitted only once. Employee has to call Vidal Health team to reschedule the appointment. Appointments and rescheduling are subject to availability of slots at the Network Provider's facility.

7.       The Oracle Package  is available in select Diagnostic Centres / Hospitals. Click http://vidalhealthchecks.com/oraclefor this list of network providers.

8.       Individual availing the Oracle Package  will have to visit the Diagnostic Centre/Hospital  for the health check.

9.       The individual must carry a  copy of the e-mail confirmation and the Oracle Identity Card when he visits the diagnostic centre/hospital for the health check.

10.   The individual  will have to collect the health check  reports from the Diagnostic Center/Hospital directly.

11.    The package  is valid for one year from the date of payment.

12.   The components of the package must be used only by one individual in a single visit.  

13.   Vidal Health will not entertain any request for cancellation and refund after 7 days from the date of payment.  The Individual can e-mail Vidal Health at info@vidalhealth.com for  cancellation and refund or for any queries regarding cancellation and refund. In case a request for cancellation and  refund is made  within 7 days, the entire amount paid will be refunded by cheque or through direct credit  to the account of the individual within one month from the  date of cancellation. The individual will have to provide the name in which the cheque is to be issued or the account details, while requesting for a cancellation and refund.

14.    Vidal Health hereby expressly disclaims any liability, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, to the employee and/or  the  individual availing the health package. Vidal Health does not represent or warrant that its site or products will meet with the requirements or expectations of  employee or individual availing the health package or that any content, material or results that may be obtained from use of this site or services  will be accurate, timely, complete, reliable, genuine or that any errors in any services will be corrected.

15.   Vidal Health may revise/alter/delete/modify/change any or all of these terms of use/terms and conditions at any time. 16.   The health package  availed by the employee or any individual is solely at his/her discretion, with an implied understanding and agreement to the terms & conditions, policies and guidelines applicable to the health package.





·         While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, Vidal Health will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:

    • Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
    • Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed between  You and  your  Bank/s, or
    • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
    • Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

·         All payments made against the purchases/services on Website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided by Vidal Health is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment for the Transactions on the Vidal Health Website using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and Credit Card payment gateway networks.


·         You, as a Buyer, understand that upon initiating a Transaction You are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Vidal Health to purchase the products  /or services using the Payment Facility, and You shall pay the Transaction Price through Your Issuing Bank using Payment Facility.


·         You acknowledge that Vidal Health will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from not processing a Transaction/Transaction Price or any delay in processing a Transaction/Transaction Price which is beyond control of Vidal Health.


·         All Valid Credit / Debit Card payments are processed using a payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between You and the respective Issuing Bank
